Through this work, we gained insight into the challenges of running a small business—managing workloads, juggling priorities, and scaling without burnout.
One thing became clear: businesses don’t fail because of effort—they fail without systems in place. Supporting small business owners taught us that work should support life, not consume it.

While Streamline started as a
VA service provider, we realized our greatest impact could come from sharing knowledge and practical frameworks, not just completing tasks.
This led us to expand our mission beyond client work:
